Mina Dangles - Opalized Petrified Wood
Opalized, petrified wood is such a gorgeous material and I left the backplates open to highlight its semi-transparent nature. With the sun on their face, the stones appear to be somewhere in the Robins egg, soft blue zone. With light seeping in through from behind, they have a milky glacial blue quality. To add to the drama, each stone has a hard transition to charcoal black. The opal wood swings from faceted black dot quartz.
